Rachel is a creative and collaborative Gender Equality and Social Inclusion researcher and adviser, with extensive experience working at senior levels with international and UK focused organisations.

Rachel has worked in humanitarian and development settings with a range of partners from the United Nations, the private sector, foundations and INGOs including Oxfam, British Red Cross, The Stars Foundation, WarChild UK, Restless Development, The British Council, UN Girls Education Initiative, Cambridge Education and the Global Partnership for Education. Rachel has worked in a senior advisory capacity in organisations in the UK and internationally and has also worked at field level.  She has recognised technical expertise on research, policy and operational processes to deliver on commitment to gender and inclusion ambitions. Rachel has also led research for policy briefs and multi-country studies, reports for donors, governments and UN bodies.
