Programme and strategy design

We co-create and support programme and organisational strategy design, to ensure intersectional inclusion and equity that is sustainable and directly connected to marginalised individuals. Our technical assistance helps organisations strengthen their focus on social justice and inclusion.

Evaluation and learning

We conduct accessible and inclusive evaluations that provide actionable recommendations for improvements to operational practices as well as organisational, funding and programme strategies. We are specialised in facilitating participatory data collection, analysis, and dissemination.

Operational support

We ensure organisations have the capacity to accelerate and strengthen their focus on social justice and inclusion, including through direct technical assistance, bespoke training and mentoring, to help them achieve more transformational change.

Research and analysis

We deliver exceptionally high-quality research on social justice and inclusion. This includes barriers and gap analyses, as well as participatory mixed-methods research, to support impactful and adaptive programming and strategies.

“Help desk” service

Provides a mechanism for specific “on demand” technical assistance, enabling intermittent long-term support to clients at any point of the programme cycle: from a simple accessibility review of materials, to technical inputs on programmes, or a review and analysis of disability or other inclusion data.
